Ripples Commerce is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Support to join our growing team and support business operations in the Vietnam market

Key Responsibilities

• Support the BD team in daily operations, client coordination, and business development activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and Vietnam-based stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, reports, and relevant documentation.
• Track business opportunities, project progress, and key deliverables.
• Assist in market research and identify potential business opportunities in Vietnam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Support, Account Management, or related functions.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Commerce Enabler businesses is a plus.
