What You'll Do

• Coordinate with internal teams and brand partners to execute e-commerce campaigns and store activities

• Manage day-to-day store operations: graphic briefs, banner uploads, campaign submissions

• Plan promotions and analyze campaign performance: sales, traffic, conversion, and funnel

• Prepare joint business plans and lead weekly/monthly/quarterly review meetings

• Generate reports and actionable insights for internal and external teams

• Participate in or lead cross-functional projects

• Lead or participate in ad-hoc cross-functional projects

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 1 - 6 years working experience (depends on the level) in an Ecommerce company, Internet start-up, International Brand, FMCG,
• fashion,Beauty retailer or consulting Strong Excel and data skills
• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Good English communication (reading/writing)
